When you shop with Southwestern Jewelry, every item is carefully and gently packed to ensure that your order gets to you in perfect condition. I ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). If for any reason your order is not received within seven business days, please contact me.
I understand that it is sometimes difficult to purchase an item without actually being able to hold it or feel it. If you don't like what you purchased, please notify me and simply mail it back within ten days of receiving it. You will be refunded for the full purchase amount (not including shipping). The cost of mailing the item back is to be paid by the buyer. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged, modified, or altered in any way. Items must be in original condition without any sizing or changes. Custom orders are not returnable. There is a 10% restocking fee for layaway, cancellations.
